The massive Philadelphia icon went through a complete restoration including the restoration of all the monumental steel and cast-iron curtain wall areas of the building. Scope included steel window restoration, high-performance coatings, fabrication of custom laminated glass, interior blast-mitigation film, brass hardware restoration, and custom fabrication of matching steel profiles. The steel windows were restored and upgraded to receive a blast mitigation system on the interior side.
